Privacy: this website

Last updated: 25 September 2026. Covers vtruvian.com only. The Leo app has its own notice at get.vtruvian.com/privacy.

Who is responsible

Vtruvian, a trading name of Nishit Patel, Milan, Italy. Privacy questions: nishit@vtruvian.com.

When you request access

We save what you type and a little about how you found us:

We use this only to reply to you about access, and to see which channels bring people. We do not send newsletters, sell it or share it. It is not used to train any AI model.

Why we may hold it: you asked us to reply, and this is the step before any agreement between us.

Where it is kept, and for how long

In Google Cloud (Firestore), in Belgium. Only Vtruvian can read it. We keep it until you ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after your last request.

Like every Google Cloud website, the server's standard request log records your IP address and browser type. It is used to keep the site working and stop abuse, and it is deleted after 30 days.

Analytics cookies, only if you accept

If you click Accept, this site loads Google Analytics. It sets two cookies (_ga and _ga_…) that last up to 13 months, and tells us how many people visit, which link or website brought them, what kind of device and browser they use, and how many of them request access. Google does not give us your IP address or your identity. Google's advertising features are switched off, so none of it is used for ads.

Google processes this for us, possibly in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and keeps the visit-level data for at most 14 months. Why we may do this: you agreed to it.

If you click Decline, nothing is loaded from Google and no cookie is set. The request form works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; declining after accepting removes the cookies. Your browser remembers your choice for 6 months, then the site asks again.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to our holding it. Write to nishit@vtruvian.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to Italy's Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
